2023-10-20 香港政府在9月推出「香港夜繽紛」，以夜市推動夜間經濟。各大商場響應項目，當中希慎也宣佈舉辦「WE OUTSIDE」活動。主題包括城市露營，音樂表演，和飲食做標題。 2023年2月起，香港與中國內地恢復全面通關。但由於香港未能返回2019年經濟水平，政府多番嘗試推動市民消費。香港餐飲聯業協會也表示，三年疫情改變了市民飲食習慣，再加上通關後多於市民選擇外遊，導致經濟無法反彈。 在「WE OUTSIDE」活動當中，包括封閉白沙道，轉成夜間夜市。當晚人流密集，氣氛熱鬧。雖然本人當晚也沒消費，但在熱鬧街上畫了一晚，終算是開心。 In September 2023, the Hong Kong government launched the "Night Vibes Hong Kong" initiative to promote night life economy through diversified leisure, harbourfront leisure,...
